Due to limited space, we have moved to a juried event. Registration deadline is April 15, 2026! We will decide on your applications by May 1st.

Please upload up to 5 photos. These photos could be your booth set up, author headshot, cover photos of your book, items you intend to sell. This is meant to give us a little more information about you! We need something to promote on social if you are chosen to attend this year!

We will be doing our promotional booklet again this year! These are free for attendees, and you will receive one when you check-in. You can choose between different levels of sponsorship, depending on your needs and budget. The booklet will be roughly the size of a tabloid or magazine.

Due to the close proximity of brick and mortar restaurants, we are unable to have food trucks at this year's event.   This year, we will be sending out notifications by email closer to event time to see if authors would like lunch. 

Filling out the form is not a guarantee that you will get a space. The 2026 Foothills Book Fest is a juried show. Application deadline is April 15th. We will make a decision by May 1st, and will be in touch by email and begin sending invoices!   Once your invoice is PAID IN FULL, your space is fully reserved.  Refunds will NOT be given.  We are so excited about this year's event, and we hope you are too!
